Welcome to Top Notch Oak in Norfolk! We are suppliers and erectors of traditionally built oak framed structures, be it oak framed structures for cart lodge buildings, garage kits, garden rooms or much more.
Though we are constantly looking to expand our business, we currently supply our materials in Selsey and throughout Sussex, Cambridgeshire and the Suffolk area. We can do anything from just supplying an oak framed garage kit to doing the full job including planning permission (if required) building control, groundworks, erection and roofing.
Our traditionally build porches are all beautifully designed and articulated to create a show piece entrance to your property. All of our porches are hand crafted, displaying traditional features to ensure an authentic appearance to your building. Using oak timber our carpenters utilise traditional post and beam techniques to create a natural feature that offers timeless beauty to your property for many years to come.
All our cart lodges are fully bespoke and individually hand crafted from green oak, using traditional carpentry methods. Each Cartlodge is designed to your exact requirements and boasts exceptional reliability. The lodges display attractive traditional features, such as curved bracing and pegged joints. You can choose from a wide range of traditional designs, from a single bay to multi-bay options.
